So, in a scant 32 hours last weekend, I managed to eat sushi, pizza, hot dogs, challah french toast, shrimp stir fry and two cupcakes. Which was ridiculous, although I'm pretty sure we did enough walking to put all that extra fuel to work. Anyway, it was part of my gastric spin through NYC with The Preacher, who was trying to make sure I had the best and tastiest visit possible. We were either dining or en route to dining like 75% of the time. The other 25% was spent at the Metropolitan Museum of Art, and at this Fat Cat bar and game hall place, and at The Preacher's Brooklyn apartment.

I am eating the miraculous Glitter + Bacon + Cupcake = LOVE creation.

Batch, where I got the previously mentioned cupcake.

Dancing cupcakes at the Cupcake Cafe, where I had a maple walnut variety that was merely so-so.

We played scrabble and chess at Fat Cat. I won at scrabble and lost at chess.

One of my fave pieces of art at the Met.

Another fave.

A third fave, which makes me think of Lisa Frank somehow.
