I'm returned to one of my great crafting loves, polymer clay. I have several packs of Fimo and several more of Sculpey, and I've been spending the past few evenings making:
- Katamari Damacy face beads
- Skull beads
- Womb beads
- Pansy beads
- All kinds of fancy pendants
- A mini birthday cake with two slices cut out (it looks like the cake in my icon a little bit)
- Day of the Dead skulls
- Etc.
The Katamari Damacy, skull, womb, and pansy beads are all the kind that you make by layering ropes of clay and then rolling those into a thicker rope of which you take slices. The slices all have the picture in them... like those logs of sugar cookie dough with christmas or easter designs.
I have a push mold with faces, hands, and feet. I was thinking about making little zombie limbs, protruding bones and all, and turning them into earrings.
And since I've got plenty of clay left, I'm currently taking suggestions on what I should make next.
(Maybe some Even Robots?)
