Problem: I have cute tops and dresses that I've never been able to wear to work, or have only worn under a cardigan that hides whatever makes said garments cute.

Solution: Tonight I bought a black long sleeve top with a bit of a prudecore slouchy mock-neck that buttons in the back. Anyway, it's really thin material and can go under whatever and make it totally work-appropriate. Fifteen bucks just, like, doubled my work wardrobe. I should probably go back and get a few more colors. When it gets warmer, I'll have to look for a delicate simple tee to do the same thing with. Awesome.



Oh, I also got a crazy gold Vera Wang skirt for $13. Yeeeah.

AND my mom and I picked out a simple pattern for neat dresses, and later this month we're going to raid her stash of fabrics from the 70's to make 'em.
